Work closely with the President to manage and grow IESA membership, including business development leads and member engagement.
Analyze membership data and industry trends to develop strategic insights and reports for leadership.
Represent IESA at industry and government forums, and lead coordination across internal teams including membership and events.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
5-8 years of experience in business development, strategy/analysis, consulting, or industry-body/association management.
Prior exposure to energy, power, EV, or clean technology sectors preferred.
Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible work hours; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM or membership-tracking tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in high-visibility roles involving membership or industry association management with strategic business development responsibilities.
Analytically strong with ability to manage and distill complex membership and market data into actionable insights for leadership.
Capable of confidently representing senior leadership externally and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-evolving energy sector environment.
