Own the roadmap for HackerRank Interviews' AI-assisted development evaluation, including ADE harnesses, Chakra Assist, and session observation features.
Define platform capabilities to capture and surface candidate AI interaction signals, providing structured evidence for interviewers.
Drive reporting and integration strategy across in-product reporting, exports, APIs, and MCP while engaging engineering customers including senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of total professional experience including at least 1 year of hands-on Software Engineering.
5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise products, or tech platforms; currently working as a PM.
Technical communication skill to articulate product vision among engineers and senior engineering leadership.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years professional experience (with prescribed breakdown).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI-native product development with hands-on familiarity or fluency with agentic coding harnesses (e.g., Claude Code, Codex CLI, Copilot Workspace).
Competent at navigating high-pressure environments with visibility to executive stakeholders such as CTOs.
Demonstrated capability to manage complex, ambiguous problems and balance short-term progress with long-term strategic success in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
