Credit Review Officer , VP (Hybrid)

Independently manage credit risk review for assigned portfolio, including execution of business monitoring and periodic reviews leveraging AI tools.

Assess credit risk management effectiveness, quality of credit analysis, exposure analysis, risk ratings, and adequacy of staffing within the assigned review entity.

Prepare high-quality Credit Assessment Documents and validate corrective action plans, maintaining consistent reporting and liaising with senior management on emerging risks.

8 to 16 years of relevant work experience in banking, finance, accounting, economics, or business administration with credit or financial statement analysis experience.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools.

Travel up to 25% required.

Experienced in credit risk assessment and management within wholesale/ corporate lending or related areas, with strong knowledge of credit policies and capital markets products.

Skilled in analytical thinking, project management, and able to identify emerging risks and trends using data-driven tools including AI.

Demonstrates effective communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at multiple seniority levels without direct authority.
