Develop and enhance reporting capabilities for billing platform including Client Setup, data delivery, and core billing processes.
Analyze business requirements, build BRDs, perform data analysis, and collaborate with technology teams to create SQL reports and layouts.
Support production releases through test case preparation, execution, documentation, and senior leadership reporting on AR, billing metrics, and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
10 - 14 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services and Banking industry.
Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as OBIEE and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
Strong skills in SQL and Advanced Excel; experience in operational financial data analysis and reporting.
Experience in writing BRDs, test cases, and executing test scenarios related to reporting and business intelligence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex operational analysis and reporting in billing or financial services domain with focus on financial data reconciliation and insights.
Ability to manage multiple reporting projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with ownership for end-to-end delivery.
Strong communication skills to present financial and operational results to various seniority levels and collaborate across teams.
