Lead coordination and implementation of the SGI project across multiple villages and blocks in Bikaner district, ensuring timely delivery of targets, milestones, and operational plans.
Manage and mentor field teams, oversee farmer trainings and ToT programs, ensuring quality training outcomes and continuous field support to trainers and farmers.
Strengthen farmer institutions (FPOs/FPCs), oversee procurement processes for guar, maintain compliance, manage field monitoring, data reporting, and coordinate with technical experts and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Rural Development, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in livelihoods, agribusiness, or entrepreneurship development, preferably with FPOs and market linkages.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness and ability to live in remote locations and travel extensively within program geography using a personal two-wheeler; must own two-wheeler and hold valid driving licence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing diverse, geographically distributed teams and delivering multi-dimensional projects within timelines.
Background in institutional strengthening of farmer producer groups or FPCs and practical knowledge of market facilitation.
Strong community engagement and stakeholder management experience involving government officials, certification bodies, and agriculture sector institutions.
