Coordinate and lead field teams to implement the SGI project across villages and blocks in Bikaner district, ensuring timely delivery of targets and milestones.
Plan and deliver farmer training and ToT programs, monitor training quality, and provide ongoing coaching and support to trainers and farmers.
Strengthen FPOs/FPCs through governance and business capacity building, oversee guar procurement systems ensuring material quality, compliance, and timely execution, and manage field monitoring with accurate data management and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Rural Development, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Must own a two-wheeler, hold a valid driving licence, and be willing to work in remote locations with extensive travel across the program geography.
Minimum 5 years of experience in livelihoods, agribusiness, or entrepreneurship development, preferably with FPOs and market linkages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing diverse field teams and delivering multi-location projects within deadlines.
Demonstrated institutional strengthening skills specifically with farmer producer organizations and market facilitation.
Proven track record in community engagement, farmer mobilization, and stakeholder management including government and agricultural sector institutions.
