Develop AI-driven solutions leveraging statistical modeling, machine learning, and generative AI to solve complex business and scientific challenges in life sciences.
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to perform data analysis, feature engineering, model development, and deploy AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Design and develop Agentic AI applications using Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows to enable smarter bioprocess control and predictive insights.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI.
Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
On-site role based in Bangalore; experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying AI/ML techniques in life sciences or bioprocessing environments.
Proficient in deploying and monitoring AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) with knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker is advantageous.
Skilled in integrating AI models into enterprise systems and developing reusable AI assets and best practices within R&D organizations.
