Minimum 2-3 years experience in sourcing transformation and category management; procurement certifications (CPSM or CSCP) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in global sourcing for complex, multi-business unit, matrixed organizations, preferably with facilities and operations focus.
Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills, with expertise in commercial agreement structures and legal terms.
Proficient in category management using data-driven decision making and project management skills to meet stakeholder timelines.
