Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT product support or related field.
Proficient in SQL, Unix (including shell scripting), and ETL pipeline knowledge.
Must be comfortable working night or rotational shifts; hybrid work with minimum two days/week onsite at TransUnion office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or comfort working in operational support roles requiring problem solving and independent judgment under limited supervision.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and consultants to meet project goals.
Has foundational knowledge or exposure to Oracle, MySQL; knowledge of Python and Java is advantageous but not mandatory.
