Lead Financial Services Transformation and risk advisory engagements for banks, NBFCs, capital markets, and global capability centers in GCC markets.
Drive client origination, develop tailored solutions across financial risk domains, and oversee delivery of multi-disciplinary transformation programs.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (CROs, CFOs, CAEs, Risk & Treasury leaders) and support growth through thought leadership and GTM strategy.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience in financial services risk management, model risk, treasury risk, regulatory risk, or financial services transformation.
Expertise in credit risk, liquidity risk, IRRBB, ICAAP, IFRS 9 / CECL, model risk governance, stress testing, capital adequacy, and regulatory frameworks such as Basel and SR 11-7.
Bachelor of Technology required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience in independent model validation and leading audit advisory or regulatory response engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior professional with deep technical knowledge in financial risk, quantitative modelling, and regulatory compliance combined with consulting leadership experience.
Proven track record managing large, cross-functional teams and complex financial risk transformation projects in global or GCC environments.
Strong client-facing skills with ability to engage and influence senior executives and deliver market differentiated risk advisory solutions.
