Manage contractual and relationship activities with CROs including access control, onboarding/offboarding, and training compliance.
Coordinate performance monitoring tools and conduct quarterly meetings with CRO managers to address training compliance and gaps.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years experience in Clinical Research, Information Systems, or Business Administration with at least 2 years in vendor management.
Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Medical, Paramedical, or Pharmacy.
Location: Bengaluru, India with hybrid working model.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing outsourcing vendors and performance metrics in clinical or data-focused environments.
Familiar with clinical data management and training compliance processes for CRO staff.
Capable of strategic planning related to vendor management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology domain.
