Business Transformation Specialist, VP

Lead and govern all squads of platform services including Finacle, Document management, IVR, Robotics, Debit card management, and related satellite applications to ensure quality and timely delivery of changes.

Own the stability and continuous improvement of the Finacle core application by managing incident RCA, coordinating with satellite systems for changes, and implementing technical upgrades.

Present periodic MIS reports to senior management and ensure compliance with SII, audit observations, and overall application governance including disaster recovery and audits.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Master's or relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) preferred.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or senior consulting roles within financial services.

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business transformation programs with measurable impact.

Business-fluent English (written and spoken); Business-fluent German is a plus.

Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across divisions and infrastructure functions in financial services.

Skilled in coordinating multiple complex platform services and driving product stability and enhancements at scale.

Capable of leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and optimize workflows in a regulatory environment.
