Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Master's or relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, business analysis, process improvement, change management, or consulting within financial services.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments such as KYC, AML, MiFID II, Basel III.
Business-fluent English required; Business-fluent German is a plus; Proven ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization.

Skilled in navigating complex regulatory requirements and designing solutions that comply with financial industry standards.
Proficient in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and certified in PMP, PgMP, or Agile methodologies, indicating strong operational and strategic project leadership capabilities.
