Own evaluation, design, development, and modification of Middleware and Front-End applications related to Virtual Assistant platforms.
Lead troubleshooting and incident/problem management as escalation point for L1/L2 support, interfacing with partners to identify root causes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, network teams, and vendors on Virtual Assistant projects including integration with Conversational AI and Large Language Models via REST APIs and WebSockets.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of IT and software development experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.
Proficiency in Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker, and Typescript with at least 2+ years of demonstrated experience.
Experience with AWS/Azure services such as ECS, Fargate, RDS, Postgres, CloudFormation, S3, and CloudFront.
Working knowledge of network infrastructure including Firewalls, DNS, and F5 Load Balancers; proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitHub.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling end-to-end Virtual Assistant and Contact Center Cloud Technology projects involving Conversational and Generative AI.
Capable of managing complex technical escalations and collaborating across teams for system performance and integration.
Strong in Agile project delivery and self-driven in documentation and communication relevant to cross-functional IT teams and partners.
