Support and troubleshoot Blue Yonder Planning solutions in Demand, Fulfillment, and Supply Planning across Retail and Manufacturing.
Act as primary technical and functional point of contact for customers, handling new rollouts, change requests, and issue resolution adhering to SLAs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Consulting, and Support to enhance system design and improve KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
3 to 5 years of experience in Product Support or Implementation support, specifically with Demand & Fulfillment products.
Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization products and knowledge of PL/SQL and RDBMS.
Exposure to supply chain planning software such as SAP-IBP/APO, o9, Kinaxis, or Relex is preferred; familiarity with MS Azure cloud environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong techno-functional background with ability to perform root cause analysis and provide permanent solutions within SLA timelines.
Experience working closely with product teams and customers as a key stakeholder in solution design and deployment phases.
Comfortable navigating both technical and business process aspects of supply chain planning in Retail and Manufacturing domains.
