Own the FP&A reports and financial planning process based in India, supporting month-end, quarter-end reporting and forecasting for the HQ team.
Assist in development of monthly and quarterly financial analysis frameworks and annual budgeting process.
Analyze financial metrics, develop financial models and projections, and work with functional teams on financial guidance and ad-hoc analysis.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master, MBA, or CPA considered a plus.
5 to 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; experience with NetSuite and data analytical tools (Hyperion, NSPB preferred, Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan) strongly preferred.
Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in FP&A or related financial analysis roles.

Strong analytical thinker capable of bridging financial data with business drivers and communicating financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
