Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years full-time work experience overall.
At least 5 years as a Business Analyst with minimum 3 years specifically on payments products or projects in banking/financial services, preferably in UAE or GCC.
Experience analyzing at least one end-to-end payment flow covering transaction processing, failures, returns, and reconciliation.
Proficiency with REST APIs and ISO 20022 message standards; ability to conduct workshops directly with bank stakeholders; ability to write basic SQL queries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in payment domain with hands-on knowledge of payment flows, schemes like UAEFTS and WPS, and related technologies.
Comfortable working directly with business and technical teams to translate requirements into deliverables in Agile or Waterfall environments.
Capable of leveraging AI tools to enhance requirement analysis, process documentation, and testing support while ensuring data security compliance.
