Architect and implement enterprise-grade, scalable end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium C#, BDD frameworks, API automation, and cloud-native testing approaches integrated within CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
Drive large-scale QA transformation initiatives including automation adoption, AI-assisted testing integration, and governance with quality metrics reporting to senior client leadership.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
Minimum 8+ years managing large QE teams with proven experience leading 40+ resources.
Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium C#, BDD frameworks (SpecFlow/Cucumber), API automation, and automation framework architecture.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps delivery models and integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Docker).
