Design and build production-grade agentic AI systems including LAG orchestration layers, RAG pipelines, and vector databases within the Post-Trade Technology team.
Lead development, review, and deployment of secure, high-quality Python code integrating AI tools and drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across 10+ teams.
Translate regulatory and business requirements into technical designs, deliver quarterly commitments, and contribute to cloud-native deployments and CI/CD pipeline modernisation.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Advanced proficiency in Python with strong object-oriented programming fundamentals.
Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI systems in production environments.
Practical cloud-native AWS experience (ECS, Lambda, S3) and proficiency in CI/CD, DevSecOps, and software development life cycle phases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting complex AI agent frameworks and RAG architectures with hands-on production deployment.
Skilled at leading AI-assisted software development tools adoption ensuring secure, compliant, and validated AI outputs.
Domain knowledge or experience in post-trade financial platforms or financial services IT systems is a distinct advantage though not mandatory.
