Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of backend development experience.
Proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python.
Experience designing and building distributed systems at scale.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), messaging systems (Kafka), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment managing delivery timelines and technical priorities independently.
Strong background in backend engineering for adtech or similar large-scale distributed systems, with understanding of storage, query performance, and caching.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing architectural strategy within cross-functional teams.
