Data Analyst – Identity & Graph Analytics

Analyze identity resolution outputs and client datasets to identify fragmented, duplicate, or anomalous person and household records.

Validate and assess identity matching quality using statistical metrics and by investigating false positives/negatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to improve identity graph quality and drive continuous enhancements.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in data analytics, data quality, or data validation.

Strong proficiency in SQL including complex queries and data profiling.

Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical evaluation.

Experienced in identity resolution, entity matching, or customer identity analytics, with familiarity of identity graphs and graph-based systems.

Skilled in designing and using benchmark/test datasets and applying match quality metrics like precision, recall, and false positive/negative rates.

Operates effectively in collaborative technical environments involving cross-functional teams and communicates analytical results clearly.
