Own development and maintenance of automated test suites (API, integration, UI, end-to-end) for distributed hardware-in-the-loop systems.

Design and execute performance, load, and reliability tests; lead release readiness activities including regression validations and defect triage.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of experience in software QA/test automation with proven track record in building automated test suites.
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript programming for test code development.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, REST-assured, or Postman-Newman.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) and troubleshooting flaky tests, test data, and parallelization issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing distributed and event-driven systems, especially involving message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Skilled in API testing, database querying (SQL), and possess strong debugging skills to isolate failure sources across test and production environments.
Has worked with hardware-in-the-loop or similar IoT/robotics domains or in warehouse, logistics, or industrial automation contexts.
