Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
At least 2 years managing engineers and proven software engineering experience.
Strong backend engineering skills including Java and/or Golang, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and high-traffic fintech or complex systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with a strong backend technical background in fintech or similarly complex environments.
Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
Comfortable working with distributed international teams and driving continuous improvement and ownership culture.
