Minimum Requirements
10+ years of data engineering experience including SQL/NoSQL, Snowflake, ETL/ELT, CICD, Big Data, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Python/Spark.
7-8 years in technology leadership, delivery, or program/project management with complex, multi-team initiatives.
3+ years of Agile leadership (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and coaching skills with successful management of 3-4 Scrum teams.
Experience delivering GenAI-enabled engineering workflows and proficiency with delivery tooling and SDLC governance.
