Experience with Apache Kafka, scalable cloud systems (preferably AWS), and DevOps tools like CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Experienced in full-stack development with a focus on backend architecture and real-time data streaming.
Ability to lead technical decision-making, code quality enforcement, and mentor junior staff.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with potential onsite requirements and US calendar alignment.
