Own end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects including data engineering, BI, reporting, and platform modernization ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage multiple Agile workstreams and cross-functional teams, including data engineers, BI developers, analysts, architects, and QA, while coordinating onsite and offshore collaboration.
Oversee data governance, compliance, data quality standards, DevOps/CI/CD processes, and support pre-sales activities such as solution scoping and client presentations.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years total work experience.
At least 3+ years managing data engineering or analytics programs involving data warehousing, data lakes, BI, and advanced analytics.
Experience managing distributed or multi-vendor teams.
Mandatory skills: Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, SSIS), cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse), Data Governance and Security, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large-scale data initiatives including data warehousing, data lakes, and advanced analytics environments.
Comfortable leading complex, distributed teams across multiple vendors and offshore/onshore setups.
Strong strategic thinker with capabilities in project risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and driving delivery in fast-paced, ambiguous contexts.
