Associate Product Manager - Onboarding

Lead analysis and process improvement within client onboarding workstreams to enhance efficiency, control, and client experience.

Engage stakeholders across regions and business lines to validate findings and develop product requirements for onboarding enhancements.

Support onboarding product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end client experience design, acting as a subject-matter expert on onboarding solutions and KYC processes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, or client solutions.

Experience in business analysis, process analysis, or product management; financial services experience preferred, especially KYC/AML or onboarding.

Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large data sets and identify process inefficiencies.

Work Environment: In-office 4 days a week; some travel may be required.

Experience or exposure to onboarding transformation projects across multiple regions and legal entities.

Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and product delivery.

Possesses or is willing to use AI tools for analysis, with strong collaboration and influencing skills in cross-functional settings.
