Associate Product Manager - Onboarding

Lead analysis of current onboarding processes in assigned workstreams to identify and implement efficiency, control, and client experience improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and business lines to validate findings, collect feedback, and support product roadmap development.

Translate product ideas into clear requirements and support the design of end-to-end client onboarding experiences including KYC/AML processes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, or client solutions.

Experience in business analysis, process analysis, or product management; financial services domain preferred.

Strong analytical skills with ability to work on large data sets to identify trends and propose improvements.

Working onsite 4 days a week; experience or willingness to use AI tools and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Has prior experience or knowledge in client onboarding, KYC/AML, due diligence, entitlements, credit, and risk setup.

Exposure to onboarding transformation projects across multiple regions and legal entities.

Comfortable operating in cross-functional roles with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions without direct authority.
