Lead design and deployment of machine learning and AI models, including Agentic AI and large language model (LLM) applications, to solve complex business challenges in enterprise wireless solutions.
Architect and implement advanced AI solutions such as multi-agent systems, autonomous reasoning loops, and orchestration frameworks for network operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify AI opportunities and deliver scalable, production-ready AI models and reusable AI tools/frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
8–14 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning with technical leadership roles.
Strong expertise in ML techniques including regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, time-series, and anomaly detection.
Hands-on experience building LLM solutions with RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
Proficiency in Python programming, SQL, and knowledge of software engineering best practices including CI/CD and production model deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading end-to-end AI/ML projects with ownership from problem definition to deployment and continuous improvement.
Technical expert in Agentic AI workflows, LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT, RLHF), and responsible AI practices including model fairness and safety.
Familiar with telecom or network operations domains, with strong ability to design scalable AI solutions for enterprise wireless networking.
