Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
Experience managing end-user facing products is preferred but not mandatory.
Work location expectation: for U.S. applicants, within 50 miles of a Microsoft office with hybrid work model requiring 4 days onsite weekly starting Jan 26, 2026.
Proven ability to use data and customer insights to guide product decisions is strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years in product or program management of customer/consumer-facing software products, preferably with AI or data-powered features.
Experienced in defining and delivering product roadmaps focusing on customer value and business impact.
Skilled at working cross-functionally across engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams, in a hybrid and geographically distributed environment.
