Participate in low to moderate complexity data product initiatives, including data roadmap improvements and managing related datasets aligned with business needs and standards.
Analyze and recommend solutions for low to moderate-risk data enablement challenges, supporting prioritization, architecture design, and stakeholder collaboration.
Create and maintain data product roadmaps, gather requirements across the data product lifecycle, and communicate data problems and initiatives effectively to diverse audiences.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in data product or data management, product management, data strategy, analytics, business intelligence, technology delivery, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Commercial Real Estate, Syndications, or related financial services domain.
Ability to work on-site per location and organizational work arrangements, collaborating across India and US time zones.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years as specified above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric components (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, notebooks, semantic models, Real-Time Intelligence, Power BI) and cloud lakehouse architectures.
Experience with data mesh, data-as-a-product, domain-oriented ownership models, and related analytical technologies (SQL, Spark, Python, APIs).
Comfort operating in a highly governed environment with risk, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and model governance considerations, balancing strategic product direction with hands-on backlog management.
