Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
Proficiency in Java 17+ Spring Boot microservices, RESTful API development, and domain-driven design.
Experience with Agentic AI platforms, multi-agent systems, multi-model LLM strategies (including Gemini, Claude, OpenAI), event-driven architectures (Kafka), and cloud-native platforms.
Experience in Mortgage domain (origination, underwriting, servicing, document processing, or default management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams with focus on enterprise architecture and AI-driven platforms.
Demonstrates deep understanding of AI governance in regulated environments, observability, resiliency engineering, and DevSecOps.
Strong background in event streaming, cloud-native deployment, and AI-assisted development tools integration.
