Minimum Requirements
Basic knowledge of Mainframe technologies including JCL, COBOL, ESP, REXX.
Master's degree in MCA, MSc, BE, BTech or equivalent.
0-1 years of experience in Mainframe Development or Support function.
Work Experience Required: 0-1 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Capable of handling high-volume production support with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working in a 24x7 production support environment with escalation responsibilities.
Familiarity with batch cycle monitoring and troubleshooting in complex global operations is advantageous.
