Salesforce Effectiveness Analyst with Japanese Language

Support and deliver data-driven Commercial Analytics and Sales Force Effectiveness projects including segmentation, targeting, territory sizing, and alignment initiatives for global clients.

Analyze client requirements to develop customized solutions and contribute to patient and healthcare analytics projects.

Prepare high-quality deliverables such as documentation, technical specifications, presentations, and reports aligned with project methodologies and timelines.

1.5-3 years of consulting or analytics experience in healthcare or life sciences domains.

Proficiency in Japanese language (written and verbal) with JLPT N2 certification or higher preferred and proven client handling experience.

Hands-on experience with SQL is mandatory.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience applying Sales Force Effectiveness and commercial analytics concepts within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.

Skilled in translating complex data into actionable business insights for client presentations and decision-making.
