Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field mandatory.
Experience with PC software (Microsoft OS, applications, email) in a network environment required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation, and networking technologies at intermediate level.
Intermediate understanding of industry standards for system and network administration necessary.

Experienced in supporting end-user IT operations within medium to large enterprise environments.
Comfortable working with IT asset management and participating in cross-regional IT projects and audits.
Able to manage IT support escalations and maintain compliance with information security protocols.
