PRINCIPAL, TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER

Own and drive high-level design, solutioning, and delivery of large-scale, global technology programs for Walmart’s next-generation Seller Platforms and interfaces across multiple countries.

Define goals, milestones, critical delivery paths, and manage resources to ensure efficient engineering utilization, program progress, and alignment with business and product needs for a multi-billion dollar eCommerce enterprise.

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, product, design, and business stakeholders to manage program scope, risk, dependencies, and operational excellence across complex, multi-team software development initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field; or 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, program management, or product management (Option 1 or 2 as per JD).

15+ years of overall technical experience with 8+ years as a Technical Program Manager in software delivery within a related industry managing aggressive schedules and significant business impact.

Experience in system/platform design concepts, software architecture, UX design, APIs, and technologies relevant to large-scale eCommerce platforms.

Strong familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, and knowledge of change & risk management methodologies.

Experienced leader comfortable managing large, complex technical programs with multi-team and multi-geography dependencies, particularly in eCommerce or related technology platforms.

Strong technical understanding combined with program management skills to translate business and product needs into executable and scalable technology solutions.

Capable of influencing diverse global stakeholders and executing efficient resource planning and risk mitigation in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
