Minimum Requirements
16-18 years of interior architecture experience with minimum 8-10 years in hospitality design, ideally with upscale or luxury hotel projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design; professional architecture license or NCIDQ certification strongly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of 3D rendering and virtual reality tools.
On-site work location in Mumbai, Maharashtra; Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership managing design teams on international hotel brand projects or boutique properties with strong portfolio evidence.
Expertise in hospitality design standards, hotel economics, and brand standards like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Accor.
Strong communicator capable of presenting design vision to C-suite and investor groups, balancing design excellence with operational and budgetary constraints.
