Build and maintain virtual training sandbox environments using technologies such as .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Azure, and REST APIs to support customer training experiences.
Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues including customer support escalations and collaborate across teams to meet environment requirements and maintain system health, reliability, and security.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and maintain integrations and API documentation to ensure environment quality and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
1–2 years of professional software development experience.
Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, C#, REST APIs, and web technologies.
Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and sprint planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working with cross-functional and international engineering teams in a collaborative Agile environment.
Skilled in managing multiple concurrent tasks with strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
Has exposure or experience with Azure PaaS services, CI/CD pipelines, and integration practices, indicating operational familiarity with cloud environments and deployment workflows.
