Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and administration for SaaS applications including ALM and Kneat to ensure smooth operation and compliance with regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11).
Develop, test, deploy, and document code and solutions under guidance to enhance system functionality and performance while assisting in troubleshooting and debugging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, manage change control processes, and respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
Minimum Requirements
Experience supporting GMP applications with knowledge of CSA guidance and computer system validation.
Proficiency with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and understanding of software development processes including testing methodologies.
Educational qualifications: Master’s degree with 1-3 years experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or Diploma with 7-9 years experience.
Willingness to work later shifts, including evening or night shifts as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working in regulated environments requiring compliance with computer system validation and regulatory documentation.
Experienced in supporting SaaS platforms and familiar with change control and incident management processes in GMP settings.
Able to work independently on technical troubleshooting and code deployment while collaborating effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
