Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology or MCA (BE/B.Tech/MCA).
Overall work experience of 15+ years in software development.
Mandatory hands-on experience in applying AI, GenAI, and automation across the software engineering lifecycle with proven measurable improvements.
Experience in Services and Solutions delivery in global, multicultural settings including managing complex R&D projects and working with agile/SAFe methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead medium-sized software teams delivering complex solutions in software engineering with a focus on AI-enabled development and operational process improvements.
Experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a regulated or healthcare environment with strong project management, estimation, and planning skills.
Enterprise mindset with platform thinking, strong focus on software quality, customer orientation, and compliance with responsible AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
