Own the end-to-end management and enhancement of enterprise VDI environments on AWS WorkSpaces and AppStream 2.0, ensuring stable multi-region, multi-site operations across APAC.
Develop and implement automation (via PowerShell, Python, Jenkins) for lifecycle management, cost efficiency, and operational workflows in the VDI infrastructure.
Lead troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with application owners and vendors for issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience supporting enterprise VDI environments including AWS WorkSpaces, AppStream 2.0, Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp, or RemoteApp.
Proficient in enterprise networking, Active Directory, SAN storage, security principles, and backup strategies.
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or shell along with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation.
Experience building and operating AWS VDI environments at scale; must support multi-region, multi-site VDI environments and be on-call for APAC critical incidents.

Experienced in medium-to-large scale migration from legacy VDI to AWS cloud infrastructure environments.
Operates well in structured Agile and collaborative development settings with customer-focused, ownership-oriented mindset.
Demonstrates deep expertise in AWS cloud services (CLI, CloudWatch, VPC, EC2, S3, Service Catalog) and automation to resolve complex technical challenges and drive service improvement.
