IN_Senior Associate_Project Manager_Data and Analytics_Advisory_Bangalore

Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives driven by recent policy and regulatory changes, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.

Manage integrated project plans and workstream execution, ensuring progress tracking and issue resolution.

Communicate effectively with Senior Leadership Teams and project stakeholders, utilizing MS Project, PPT, and memo communications.

5 to 12 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or business transformation.

Bachelor of Technology (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent technical degree required; MCA/MTech also acceptable.

Project management certification preferred (PMP, Prince2, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar).

Strong skills in MS Project, PowerPoint, and communication; healthcare domain experience desired but not mandatory.

Experienced in managing complex PMO governance with strong RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and RCAM expertise.

Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and ability to foresee downstream impacts.

Comfortable in dynamic environments requiring stakeholder communication across leadership and execution teams.
