Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives driven by recent policy and regulatory changes in healthcare domain.
Manage integrated project plans, track and monitor workstream execution, manage risks, issues, decisions, and communications to senior leadership and project teams.
Use strong project management skills and tools (MS Project, PPT, memo communications) to ensure delivery and unblock issues.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 12 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or business transformation.
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech (Bachelor of Technology preferred).
Mandatory skill: Project Management.
Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in healthcare domain project management with strong RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management skills.
Proficient in project planning and execution tracking, with ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, capable of anticipating downstream impacts during project delivery.
