Minimum Requirements
5 to 12 years of experience, including project management, program management, PMO, or business transformation.
Bachelor of Technology (BE/B.Tech) or related engineering degree; MCA/M.Tech also mentioned.
Mandatory skills: Project Management with proficiency in MS Project, PPT, and communication.
Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project/program management certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in healthcare domain preferred for strategic alignment with regulatory and policy driven initiatives.
Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and RAID management skills to anticipate and manage project risks and issues effectively.
Skilled in managing communications with senior leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders, indicative of operating in complex, matrixed environments.
