Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives driven by recent policy and regulatory changes, ensuring oversight of scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
Manage integrated project plans and track workstream execution to monitor progress, unblock issues, and communicate effectively to senior leadership and project teams.
Oversee risk, issue, and decision management (RAID) with expertise, applying strong project planning and communication skills using MS Tools, MS Project, and related software.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 12 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or business transformation.
Preferred healthcare domain experience (not mandatory but desired).
Bachelor's degree required (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech preferred).
Project management certification preferred (PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or similar).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex projects with strong skills in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and integrated project planning.
Comfortable leading governance and execution tracking in regulated environments, especially related to policy and regulatory changes.
Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, and memo communication with an analytical and problem-solving mindset sensitive to downstream impacts.
