IN_Manager_Project Management_iGT - Social_Advisory_Gurgaon

Lead design, implementation, and monitoring of Central and State government schemes related to social sustainability and service delivery.

Develop and support strategies for social media presence, marketing, communication, and outreach for these initiatives, including reforms aligned with National Education Policy 2020.

Engage with senior government clients and key decision makers to drive evidence-based policymaking and suggest course corrections for program implementation.

7-10 years of work experience in project management or related consulting roles.

MBA degree is mandatory.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle complex assignments independently and work with senior government clients.

Project management skills are mandatory; consulting experience preferred.

Experienced in transformative governance and citizen-centric service delivery in government or public sector projects.

Capable of working with ambiguity and independently driving complex social sustainability initiatives.

Proven ability to engage and influence senior government stakeholders and promote evidence-based policy reforms.
