Business Management Analyst, NCT

Lead all squads of platform services implementing enhancements and production fixes for applications like Finacle, Document management, IVR, Robotics, and Debit card management.

Guide Product Owners of the Platform Services Tribe in reviewing requirements and functional specifications to ensure quality and timely delivery of changes.

Perform business functional analysis to design business solutions, translate requirements into functional specifications, and align with stakeholders for solution implementation.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or consulting within the financial services industry.

Basic knowledge of business analysis tools and understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Business-fluent English (written and spoken). Business-fluent German is a plus.

Experienced in managing sub-projects and able to work in fast-paced environments prioritizing tasks effectively.

Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows with critical judgment for responsible and ethical data and AI use.

Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and working in transformational or complex project environments within financial services domain.
