Own end-to-end delivery of features and small epics on the Snowflake data platform, including designing and implementing database objects and ELT pipelines.
Lead technical design discussions and coach junior developers on Snowflake, SQL, and data engineering best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to deliver reliable, scalable data products and support data governance and production monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of hands-on Snowflake development experience in a production environment.
Strong proficiency in advanced SQL including window functions, CTEs, and recursive queries.
Experience building ELT pipelines and managing dimensional data models (star schema, SCDs).
Work Experience Required: 4-7 years of Snowflake development experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and managing layered data architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold) with strong focus on Snowflake performance optimization.
Demonstrated leadership in technical discussions and mentoring junior team members.
Comfortable working cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical data models, preferably with knowledge of Finance, Sales, or Operations data domains.
