Measure product success by clinical outcomes, product quality, AI safety, and user engagement; manage product lifecycle including go-to-market strategies and cross-team coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; preference for Computer Science, Business, or related field; Masters preferred.
10+ years professional experience with at least 6+ years in Product Management.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams as Product Owner and strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including responsible AI principles.
Understanding of healthcare/health IT environments or ability to rapidly develop this expertise; technical knowledge of data, APIs, and SaaS required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in owning complex AI-enabled product solutions in healthcare or similarly regulated data-sensitive domains.
Proven ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams, align diverse stakeholders, and make informed trade-offs balancing customer needs and business objectives.
Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments requiring continuous iteration, measurement, and collaboration with technical and non-technical partners.
