Lead design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, robust, and secure next-generation platforms for marketing, ad delivery, and customer engagement across multiple countries.
Collaborate with global engineering teams, architects, product management, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality cloud-based solutions following architectural guidelines.
Create high-level and low-level designs, drive technical discussions and decisions, and own end-to-end delivery processes ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in design and development of highly scalable applications and platform development.
Hands-on experience in Java-based Microservices and RESTful web services (SpringBoot, Dropwizard, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of cloud and microservice architectures, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 4 years experience, or 6 years industry experience without degree; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced at driving complex multi-country platform projects impacting large user bases and business scale (multi-billion dollar).
Capable of end-to-end ownership including design, development, and delivery in cloud-native environments.
Strong collaborator with cross-functional and distributed teams, comfortable making technical decisions within established architectures and agile methodologies.
